| One of Australia's last under-developed north facing beaches, the Gold Coast's southern suburb of Kirra, has emerged as one of Australia's new property 'hot spots', with an estimated $500 million in residential developments either underway or in the pipeline.
The Gold Coast City Council is also finalizing its masterplan of the southern Gold Coast foreshore which will see the creation of a world class beach precinct that has been likened to Venice Beach in California, San Sebastian in Spain and Nice in the French Riviera.
